I've got to get this off my chest before I explode! 

It kills me every time I read the newspaper and see that the average time on market for houses is increasing, and so are the number of houses on the market.  If you are one of those people trying to sell houses, it's probably killing you, too!  Let me ask you a simple question... are you selling your houses in the "average time"?  If so, you are getting average results!  Why stick with average when there's a better way?

  Dressing up or "staging" a house is one of the best ways to make it show well and sell quickly without spending a fortune on updating or remodeling.  When you learn how to create "appeal", you create emotional that hooks your buyers and makes them want to make full price offers!  This is NOT the same old thing you've seen on cable TV shows... it goes WAY beyond!
